I haven't seen that one before.  But, it looks similar to an issue we've been working on just this week.  That one is a random issue that impacts XNAT initialization.  It often goes away after a restart and is exacerbated by certain plugins (Jupyter, DQR).

We have a fix we've been testing that appears to resolve the issue (which will be included in the next release).  If we got you a modified WAR (1.8.10.1 with just this change) would you be able to deploy that and see if it resolves the issue for you.

Also, have there been any recent changes to the plugins on this server?  Was a datatype plugin removed by chance?

We don't use any plugins , stock system. I'll schedule a meeting . I'm happy to test anything !
