Exams as received in prearchive

I am unable to send exams to pre-archive. It remains in "receiving" status and displays the error below. I am using Docker version 1.9.2.1. Has anyone else experienced this?

XNAT has encountered an error with your request:

Exception: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /data/xnat/prearchive/20260205_152026919/34493.xml (No such file or directory)

If this error continues to occur, please contact your system administrator with information about how to recreate the problem.
