Hi ,
We have been downloading data from XNAT using the "Simplify downloaded archive structure" unchecked because this retains human readable names as folders for the dicoms and not just numbers.
This has generally been working very well. Recently with a particular study however we are noticing that not all the dicoms are downloaded when this option is unchecked. Attached is an XML of the study with approximately 500 MB of data.
When the "Simplify downloaded archive structure" is checked we obtain all the scans as expected. All 63 folders downloaded with the expected 500 MB of data.
When the "
"Simplify downloaded archive structure" is unchecked- we obtain just 16 MB of the expected 500 MB. Just 15 folders are downloaded namely scans 6,7,8,9,51,52,53,54,55,56,57,59,60,61 and 99.
Any idea what I might be doing incorrectly or if there is a workaround for this.
It would be nice to have the human readable scan names and be able to guarantee that we get all the dicoms downloaded. I wonder why this particular study is proving problematic?
Thanks for all your help
