Xsync issue (sync already in progress)

Hi,

We have an instance of XNAT running at our site with the following versions:

XNAT: 1.7.3.1

XSync: 1.3.1

We're trying to run a sync for one of our sessions, but ran into an issue where it looks like a sync operation is already running (since 2021). XSync was running successfully before the 2021 date, so I'm not sure why it got stuck with this sync operation. How do I cancel a currently running xsync operation, so that we can start using it again?
