AutoRun Pipeline stuck in Queued

Interesting quirk lately.  I've been having intermittent problems with pipelines running.  Today AutoRun failed (stuck in queued on UI).  Pipeline.log is uninteresting (just recorded "Couldn't launch").  Xdata.log has something more interesting similar to:

2025-10-27 08:46:57,128 [ajp-nio-127.0.0.1-8008-exec-3] WARN  org.nrg.xnat.utils.XnatHttpUtils - Checked for password encoding upgrade required, but couldn't find the username [UUID HASH]

Of course that UUID HASH matches the failed one in the pipeline.log.

Any ideas?
