XNAT-OHIF automatic segmentation overlay feature

Hi everyone,

I am trying to use XNAT-OHIF viewer in a way to overlay segmentation and dicom image automatically after I click on a patient name. I want a default segmentation to be ovelayed on image when I open the case instead of importing ROI after image is open in XNAT-OHIF viewer.

Hi Amir,

  Unfortunately, this is not currently possible with the viewer. We anticipate that this feature will be available in future as part of our planned ability to customise "hanging protocols" but this might not be until a few releases' time. In the meantime, it takes three clicks to load an ROI, which slows workflow down by a few seconds but we don't think it's a deal-breaker.
