OHIF: error displaying the current frame

Hello all,

I installed the latest OHIF, OHIF viewer produced a series of red error boxes: error displaying the current frame, error unknown.

Any hints?

  Could you give us some more detail about the file you are trying to display and if possible, let us have an anonymised version of the data.

Hi Renjie,

I recently had an issue with some data uploaded by one of our users, resulting in the same series of red error boxes.
In our case, this was due to the underlying files not being fully compliant as DICOM P10 file (as the header was missing in our case).

I couldn't find the errors in the backend logs but did find helpful info in the browser Javascript console that showed what OHIF was complaining about. Perhaps that would be a useful place to look in the first instance?

We have tried all recent versions of OHIF plugin and run on both Chrome and Firefox, the problems are consistent, what we should do to solve the problems?

  As per Mo's previous message, please would you contact him (privately if needed) to share an example of the data you are trying to display. It's not possible to fix any error if we are not able to recreate it for ourselves.

Sure I will do it. What's interesting is I have tested on a bunch of DICOM data either internal or external, the errors are consistent.

Not sure why Ohif still looking for deleted data and not picks up the latest updated metadata.
