VM installation error with Win10

Hi, I meet an issue with VM version in Win10, it seems that there is something wrong

with vagrant, my version is 2.3.4, can anyone solves out my issue like this?

If you tried to add a screenshot to your post it didn't seem to come through. We'd need information about how Vagrant is failing to make a guess as to what's going wrong.
