Hi all,

I have recently updated to Tomcat 9.0.117 and when I tried to access the Site Administration and Manage users pages on XNAT,  it showing page not found. I can see the following errors in my xapi.log. This only happened after I have applied the latest update to Tomcat.

[http-nio-8080-exec-3] ERROR org.nrg.xapi.rest.XapiRestControllerAdvice - HTTP status 500: Request by user admin to URL /page/admin/users/content.jspnull caused an internal server error
org.springframework.http.converter.HttpMessageNotWritableException: No converter for [class java.util.ArrayList] with preset Content-Type 'text/html;charset=UTF-8'

Has anyone experienced similar issues? Would appreciate any advice or guidance. Many thanks in advance.

We have a have a compatabilty issue with Tomcat 9.0.117.  If you roll back to 9.0.115, that should resolve it for the moment.

We will get a patch out for this ASAP.

Hi, I'm seeing a similar bug in on Tomcat 9.0.118 with XNAT 1.9.1.2.

Which versions of XNAT is this fixed in?

Thanks for the quick response

I have a follow up question. Is it advisable to go through the intermediate versions when upgrading XNAT (1.9.1.2 -> 1.9.2.X -> 1.9.3.X), or is it OK to go straight from 1.9.1.2 -> 1.9.3.4

I think the latest release on 1.9 is 1.9.3.5.  For an update within the 1.9 line (1.9.1-> 1.9.3.5) I'd go straight to the latest version.
