XNAT failed to archive scans

Hi,

We pulled a scan from PACS to XNAT and it's not in the prearchive, but more troublingly I can't see details nor archive scans that are in the prearchive.

Following error  popup when trying to look scan detail:

"Exception:

      java.ioi.FilenOtFoundException:

Pre Archive is empty after a tomcat restart. 

A message  "XNAT System Path Verification Failure: Contact your system administrator "

when I tried to login to XNAT.

Shaji,

It sounds to me like some of your XNAT server's directories reside on a volume that isn't available.  Do you use a remote share or external disk array for any of the dirs under XNAT_HOME?  e.g. prearchive?  If so, are you sure that it hasn't gone offline?
