RT Struct file download issue

We have encountered an issue while downloading outputs from the XNAT tool, where the RTStruct files are missing in downloaded output cases.

We attempted to resolve this by re-editing the contours, saving the cases again, and re-downloading the output; however, the RTStruct files are still not being generated.

Hi Murali,

  When you say "outputs from the XNAT tool", do you mean the OHIF viewer?

  If so, you can find the files via the Manage Files interface for the relevant imaging session. Please let us know if you need further help to retrieve these.
