Unable to upload BBB TWIX files

I've been running into an issue with uploading our BBB TWIX files (.dat) through the web portal. I have not run into any issues with uploading our compressed DICOMs but when attempting to upload the .dat files it never finishes uploading no matter how long I let it run (for both zipped and raw versions). The progress bar shows no indication of progress, it stays empty the entire time.

We upload these files in a separate folder within the subject's record that have successfully uploaded BBB TWIX (.dat) files in the past. Each file is around 4.8gb raw (3.5gb compressed)

System/Version Info

- XNAT Version: (web) version 1.8.7-SNAPSHOT, build: Manual (226)

- Browser: Google Chrome Version 142.0.7444.163 (Official Build) (64-bit)

- OS: Windows 11 Enterprise (64-bit), Version 25H2, OS build 26200.7171

Hi Kyle,

How exactly are you uploading these files?

When you say "We upload these files in a separate folder within the subject's record...", do you mean you're uploading them to a resource folder associated with the subject?

Hey Rick,

Yes, it's a resource folder associated with the subject. We don't have issues uploading other files to the resource folder,  it's just with the TWIX file.
