All,

I'm running v2.0.4 of the XNAT Desktiop Client on a Mac ( ver 10.13.6 ) and am having wired Javascript errors pop up while uploaded images to out server ( ver 1.7.6, build: 1694 )  See attached image.  I did check and the local image is there.  This happens on different imaging sessions , not limited to MRI.  Know issue  ?

Hello George,

In your screenshot, a subtle but likely crucial thing to note is the paths listed in the error dialog and the yellow errors underneath are subtly different. In particular, the dialog contains "BRAIN_WO__W_CONT" but note that the errors underneath contain "BRAIN_WO_+_W_CONT". My guess is that the "+" in the path is confusing the embedded OHIF viewer and causing the issue. Can you try deleting the plus sign from the folder path and see if that resolves the issue?

Thanks,
Charlie

Sorry nope , that is an actual + sign in the path . I'll remove it though and try again. Funny, but the images actually get uploaded eventually after clicking thru a boatload of errors .

Ha , It's the Plus sign and the spaces in the Directory name . First I removed the Plus sign and spaces in the directory name and it worked fine.

Then I put the + sign back in the name and it crapped out stating it could not find the directory. Interestingly the error must have decoded the path as the Plus was not in it ( See attached screenshot. When I put spaces in the directory path no errors , but no Thumbnails. .

Send an email to bu...@xnat.org. Make sure you include the version of the application you’re using and as much detail about the issue as possible.

Actually don't do that. Charlie already created one for you! That project isn't currently accessible outside the lab but I'll see about getting the permissions changed on there.

I forgot about this site. I have an account there and posted to that ticket. Glad they could reproduce the issue. Thx
