OHIF viewer doesn't read SIEMENS ENHANCED properly

Since the introduction of Siemens enhanced dicom, 3D scans sometimes come as a single dicom file.

But the OHIF viewer doesn't read them properly, and then can't show the images. (the sequence in question is a standard siemens Accelerated Sagittal MPRAGE (MSV21) from the ADNI4 protocol, just a phantom scan):

Siemens heavily discourages exporting in legacy format -- mostly by making the legacy format images much, much larger (an order of magnitude for fMRI) then they should be. 

Is there any way to rectify this? If the OHIF viewer were able to view nifti images, there could be a workaround via dcm2niix, which is one of the few softwares that reads Siemens enhanced correctly.

What version of the OHIF viewer are you using?

I thought that we had made the necessary adjustments for this to work.

Do you have a phantom dataset that you would be willing to share with us to check.

happy to send you a copy of the phantom MPRAGE if you tell me where to upload it / send it. 

We have 3.7.1, which may not be the latest-- a few months ago we rolled back to this version as the new version was also giving trouble. If that's not the most recent version we can definitely try upgrading, too.
