Download issue - unable to download any scans after upload!

Hi all,

I am experiencing download issues with my XNAT institutional site, and only for a particular Project (as far as I am aware). I am unable to download scans from XNAT a few weeks after they have been uploaded (very odd). As such, all legacy scans are no longer accessible.

I have tried downloading on different browsers, OS-es, as a ZIP file, through the XDC, individual sequences, full experiments etc., but to no avail.

I have attached some logs from XDC which either states that particular sequences seem to have error-ed, or it was a 404 "Resource not found".

Other projects do not seem to be suffering the same problem - I am not sure if this is a scanner issue, as the affected project is seemingly the only one using a Philips scanner and the DICOMs are in enhanced format.

Has anyone come across this before, or does anyone have any suggestions that I could look into please? I am really, really stuck and any XNAT expertise within our institution appears to have left, so would hugely appreciate any advice!
