OHIF Viewer Error - "Offset is outside the bounds of the DataView" for CT Scan

Hello XNAT Community,

I'm encountering an error when trying to view a CT scan in the OHIF viewer integrated with XNAT. The scan loads fine in Weasis and also works in a standalone local OHIF instance, but fails in XNAT's OHIF viewer.

Error Message:

ViewerMain: Offset is outside the bounds of the DataView

Scan Details:

• Modality: CT
• I have checked the metadata tags in the frontend and the backend as well they look fine
• Files contain: StudyDate, SeriesDate, PatientID, AccessionNumber all the critical Instance UIDs

Questions:

1. Has anyone encountered a situation like this before?
2. What would be the best fix or the best probable solution to avoid situations like these?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

System Info:

• XNAT version: 1.9.1.1
• OHIF version: 3.7.1

Thank you for the detailed post about the issue.

The error message is too generic. I wonder if you could provide a minimal sample data so that we can investigate the underlying issue behind the error?
