send presence subscription fails

hi,i am new with XMPPFramework, i have been trying to add a friend to the roster from iPhone , with ejabberd server. everything is configured correctly, the server is up and running 
i can login through the iOS client, but whenever i try to send the friend request , the user is not added to the roster.

did you get the answer please if you get it share it with us or if you have any open source that could help please can you post it. I am developing chat app also and I set or save new user
