Collecta XMPP API library based on Blather

Hi all,

I whipped up a quick and dirty XMPP API library for ruby that's based
on Blather.

Check it out: http://github.com/sprsquish/collecta-rb

Also install the gem from gemcutter: sudo gem install collecta-rb
