QR code carriage return

Hello,

I am trying to generate a bunch of QR code's in Ucreateprint from an excel list.

When you scan the QR code the carriage returns must be applied, lik this:

NAME

ADRESS

PHONE

But when is scan my QR codes, it always looks like this: NAME ADRESS PHONE

Can anybody please help me with this?
