"Easy Upload Product" questions

Hi,

I am experimenting with Easy Upload products for the first time. Since a lot of it is pre-cooked behind the scenes, I haven't been able to figure out how to make some edits.

1) ADDING AN ICON IN THE CONFIGURATION UI

Where are the image files for the little "gallery grid view" product property icons that someone picks in the UI when configuring their document to order? To clarify with an example, for the default "Lamination" the default settings are as follows:

Gloss                        Gloss                     Gloss

But the production room only has gloss in 3 mil and 5 mil. Since "value" is what shows on the order for the print room to see, we need it to say 3 mil and 5 mil. This same "Value" field must be what selects the little icon, because when "Value" is changed, the icon in the tile disappears. We can still set the preview value to "Gloss" for both, so the proof looks OK.  Screenshots attached.

Is there a folder where can I add a new icon for the tile that will be selected when the value is 3 mil or 5 mil?  Where are these located and is it accessible? My plan would be to duplicate the "Gloss" icon and rename it accordingly to match each new value. We may also want to add an illustration for a different folding type, binding, etc. We might also want to change or add to the "Proof" overlay for some types, so knowing the location of those would help too.

2) FILE NAME

Can the uStore OrderID or OrderProductID be appended to the filename? When the uploaded file arrives in the order queues, and is downloaded, the filename is the original filename plus a bunch of letters/numbers. For example my file "UploadTestSample.pdf" became "UploadTestSample_76b98a5c-cf27-433f-8407-a60d9f0e717c.pdf" None of the extra stuff relates to the order number 368031 or the Item ID 52964. 

3) FILE ROUTING

Since these don't go thorough uProduce, is there a way to have all the files from an Easy Upload Product automatically go to a folder on the network when it hits one of the queues? Of course, the usability of this would depend heavily on the file name including the OrderID or OrderProductID.

Is there any documentation on where all of the pieces of the Easy Upload Product reside and how they are related to each other? That would help us customize it a bit for this print room and be able to make more use of this very nice recent product interface addition.

1) Presets > property icon management

2) this is really tricky, but can be done via FreeFlow Core.

3) again FreeFlow Core allows you to save to folders and route base on file name or various other options in the JDF.

Unfortunately, though FFC is a black box for me and you're better asking support for more details, or your Xerox FreeFlow team.
