AuthorizeNet Error

Hello -

We are wanting to accept credit card payments via uStore (v 8.3) and have selected AuthorizeNet for the merchant services provider. I enter in the information in the clearing model setup as directed by the uStore documentation but keep getting the following error:

• E00007: User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values

I am currently set up using the test environment with AuthorizeNet and have indicated this in the uStore setup. I have submitted a support request but those guys are really slow . . . anybody here have any ideas?

Mostly. Even though I'm using the TEST version of Authorize.net API, it only works if the "Live" server is selected in uStore. I didn't get a precise answer on why this is, but my guess is that the "Test" version in uStore is meant to work with the sandbox server for Authorize.net, but it is confusing because the live server has both a "Test" and a "Live" mode.

I also had to deselect the relay response setting, otherwise the transaction times out and fails.
