Hi Alam.

Here is where you can find your log file:C:\XMPLogs

If you have installed on C:

I`m not sure about the error, have you closed the file before tryiong to import it?

The Log files are located in C:\XMPLogs.
CSV and Excel data sources are converted to MS SQL Compact by uCreate Print, and it sounds like there's an error here.
There's also an XMPieInstaller.log file on the root of your C drive, which may contain information which you may not have seen during installation.

I am getting the same error message with my uCreate print plugin.   I have uCreate Plugin 6.6.2 Build 7100 running on a Vista Business OS and Indesign CS6

Has anyone else figured out how to resolve this error?

I don't think Vista has ever been supported by XMPie.

That is strange.  I've been running uCreate Plugins on the same vista machine for over 5 years without a problem.  It was just when we upgraded to 6.6.2 that this problem started.

"No supported" does not necessarily means "it does not work".
It means "if it does not work, Support will not be able to help you".
Can you see any interesting message in the most recent Log file created in your C:\XMPLogs folder?

ERR: [TID: 244] [2014/01/30 09:19:53] DatabaseConversionUtils::CreateEmptyTableForText error - Unknown

Support for Vista was dropped when v6 was released in mid 2012.
Like Bill says, it "might" work, but XMPie does not test it and will not support it.
I would suggest uninstall and reinstall uDirect since this has resolved some similar datasource problems.

Hi Alam,

This issue due to operating system corrupted. I had try reinstall, edit registry still unable to resolve. Just rebuild whole operating system and reinstall back XMPie. Solve!!!
