Hello!
I wonder if anybody else are experiencing this.

When I log onto uStore Storefronts using mobile devices with 4G or 5G, the storefronts are really slow and may also not respond. uStore Backoffice is better, but also slow.
Checking my connection, I usually have bandwidth above 50Mbps, or even above 200Mbps. Hence, other websites respond well - even other sites that I host on single servers.
If I connect to WiFi that may be slower than my mobile connection, the storefronts are more responsive - even when connecting to WiFi/Ethernet located countries away from the uStore server.

Does anybody have a good explanation for this behaviour? I may be overlooking something, but I would assume that a good mobile connection would behave similarly as an okay WiFi/Ethernet connection. However, the difference I experience is immense.

Thank you in advance.

I have not noticed this problem, but then, I don't often use my mobile for shopping with uStore.
Are you able to test with other phones with different brand/OS/version to see if there is a particular combination that has this problem?
Also, can I confirm if your test store is using SSL/HTTPS? - I found some articles pointing to slower performance on mobile if not using a secure url.

Yes, the stores use SSL/HTTPS.

I have tried using different phones and OS's, using mobile hotspot to and from PC/MAC and using different mobile carriers. In any case, loading any store we are hosting is really slow over mobile connections. As soon as I get onto a WiFi, it works great - even if the WiFi is slow.
