Hello all,
we have a job that has UTF-8 data saved to a csv file.
when we link to it the output doesn't show correctly
eg.
(data)

We can get around this by importing the data into excel and use that.
but does anyone know how to get it to work with the csv in UTF8 format?

You don't mention what version you are using?
I would recommend ensuring you are on the latest. XMPie has made some changes to data handling in the last couple versions.
Also, i would recommend opening a support case with them directly sine you can share your data file with them securely.

I doubt that the answer will be made from guesses and that analysis of the same data file and version will be requirerd.
