Grouping products

wondering if this is possible…

I have a store that has two class of users.  User A has to order one of each of products 1-7.  User B can order whatever and how many they what.  I don’t need user groups because each user is told by the store owner how to use and order in the store.

My question is, can products in the store be listed as part of a group and as individual products? Or does each product has bo be doubled up (one for the group and one for the individual product)? Can the group purchase be held until all required info is supplied for each grouped product?

I found the kit products. I believe this will do what i need.
