Xmpie customer portal support

Does anyone else have problems getting responses through the customer portal? The last message I received from them was on 2/21/2020. I have messaged 3 times since then looking for an update and have received any acknowledgement whatsoever.

For cases marked as critical with XMPie support, I have always received a very fast same day response. For non critical cases, it can depend on the complexity or nature of the request and I would guess current case loads of staff specialized on the request.

As Mark pointed out, most of their techs are usually pretty fast at getting back to us.
Though, in my experience, I can tell you 1 or 2 of those techs are really, really, really slow.

If you are not getting the support you expect, bring it up to your sales rep. Matter of fact, we just did that this morning!

And in case the Sales Rep is also in the "really really really slow" team ;-) you could simply consider opening a separate case, kindly referring the "slow case" number.
I trust that your XMPie support team manager will help speed up.
