multiple account names in circle

Does anyone know if you can set up multiple account names in circle? the account name appears in the banner section at the top of every page and it does have a drop down arrow next to it which when pressed does give you an option. But all I get is the account name that XMPie uses for me company, can multiple account names be created or is it just a glitch, I have found in the documentation a section that does imply this  but support say its a mistake.


Any ideas?

That is the name of your Circle Subscription. You can buy multiple Circle subscriptions for example to isolate costs/charges for different customers.

We already have the business addition, shouldn't that have the option already?

I am no expert, and you should check with your XMPie Account Manager, but my understanding is that the option is used to separate billing for different customers. For example if you have one large customer and several smaller ones you could isolate the fees and charges more fairly. 

Perhaps I could ask why you feel you need to have separate account names showing in the Circle UI? There is possibly some other feature or setting that would provide the same result that you are wanting?

We have a banking client which will require departments be kept separate, each department may have a lot of different campaigns so I'm trying to separate them as much as possible. But the main issue would be that will need access to the reporting dashboard as well.

Thanks couch, it's all still in the planning stage for now but I'm trying to head off as many issues as I can.
