HTML Template Proofing not working when uploading "new" templates

Hello,

We were putting some new templates into production. In specific the
template in question was already put into XMPie and was working. We
had downloaded the original file from XMPie and made some slight
modifications and put the file back. Was working when we checked it.
Come push night it just hangs trying to go to the proofing page. Does
not even submit a job. So we tested the template we had put in after
it and it works like a charm. We had the original file we uploaded
for that one and we renamed it and uploaded it as a new template. The
new copy of the working one is having the same problem as the other
but, the original upload one is still working fine.

We've spent about a week trying to resolve this on are own with now
avail.

Can you be more specific regarding:
* the version of RURL Wizard and uProduce and uCreate XM;
* the modifications you made;
* the error (if any), which you can see in your browser;
* the errors, which you can find in either:
+ Dashboard Job Center
+ Windows (server) Event Viewer
+ XMPie logs on the server.
