Script for pulling all products, Product ID, and Descriptions

Is anyone aware of a script or function of some sort that can pull all the products, ids, and descriptions from UStore to move the information to a new server? We are upgrading to a DEV server for a major product upgrade and we need an automated method to pull / transfer all our client store information. Any ideas would be very helpful.
