Add a Link in Top Right on AquaBlue with Footer Theme

I'm looking to see if anyone can help with a little Custom CSS. I want to add a link to an external site in the top right of the AquaBlue with Footer theme. Doesn't have to have an icon, can just be the word. Any ideas on how I can do that? I have the url and text plugged into "Add Category Links" but have the top menu hidden so it doesn't show up there. Any ideas on what I can do here is greatly appreciated!!
