Error in uProduce

I am getting this error in uProduce

It is on a business card that I had setup and was working perfect for a long time. Then suddenly it stopped working. I've done everything I can think of to fix it but haven't had any luck. I tried duplicating it to a new campaign, I went through and made sure nothing was being improperly referenced as a number, I re proofed and processed it and am still getting this error. It refuses to create a print ready file. Any ideas?

I would rather not recreate this card because the customer has been using it for a while now and likes to reorder old cards.

Looks like the image didn't attach. The error says "Fatal generic system error: XMPieOnNewRecordsCommand. exception - User canceled this action."

I have seen this error message when there is a character (glyph) needed that is not in the font used.

Best to talk with XMPie Support so they can help fix the issue without breaking past orders.

Ah, I deleted all of the fonts and deleted them from my computer, and reinstalled a fresh copy and it fixed the issue.
