Order State Transition for Download Item

Hi All,

I am having trouble with setting up the Order State Transitions to move an order from Pending Prints to Ready For Delivery and making the dynamic artwork file available to the customer to download in the My Orders menu. 

The current triggers i have created for this specific item are as follows:

Trigger #1

From: Pending Prints / To: Aggregating

Trigger #2
From: Aggregating / To: Ready To Produce

Trigger #3
From: Ready To Produce / To:  Read For delivery

i understand there may be triggers missing for "Prepare" & "Process all copies" but i cannot find these in the trigger set list.

Am using uStore V18.0

Two possible issues as far as I can see:

1) Your trigger #2 is irrelevant and may be causing problems. You should disable and/or delete it.

After jobs are moved to aggregating, there is a delay for more jobs to come in. After the timeout, they are aggregated and automatically end up in "ready to process". No trigger is required - it is the expected behavior.

2) If you simply moving the items in "ready to produce" to the "ready for delivery" with "order state transition filter" - edit the trigger and change to "state transition filter" and set landing queue to "Ready to produce" and set action to "Process 1 copy" (or "Process all copies" if you really need it)
