Insert Custom Email Header Fields? (X-Headers)

I need to add a custom header field to emails sent from XMPie. The
email service provider we want to use can only group emails and
analytics into a campaign if I add their custom x-header to each
email.
Header fields are the fields you can see when creating an email in
XMPie under the "Message Header" section.
Has anyone ever added a custom header fields to emails with XMPie and
is willing to share how it's done?
