Looks like the process is different and there is nothing in the documentation - anybody used it yet? I downloaded the installer on my proxy server but it tells me that it can't install b/c it is already installed. I don't know what I'm supposed to put in the "Proxy URL" field in uStore - trying the URL for my stores isn't working.

In 9.1 uStore the helicon config file is updated automatically by a service - even on remote/separate web server in DMZ.
This  is mentioned in the release notes: http://help.xmpie.com/uStore/v.9.1/Release_Notes/index.htm#t=New_Features.htm
If you are having problems you should contact support.

Yes,
Big gotchas there. If anyone is doing moderate to complex custom things in Helicon, the new service will likely overwrite. I had a custom 302 redirect to a "down for maintenance" page that was automatically removed. This was before we confirmed that our custom JavaScript was working. So customers were able to access a broken site.

I saw the mention in the release notes but it doesn't offer any instruction on how to implement it. I reached out to support yesterday, seems like they've been pretty backed up lately and I promised a customer I'd have her site up yesterday. I'm thinking I may need to remove the previously installed Helicon software and install with the app that downloads from uStore but I'm worried that 1) I may lose access to my existing stores and 2) I don't have a registration code and it warns that I'll need one.

Just got off the phone with support. We changed the SSL options for the store from "Secure All Critical Points" to "Secure All" and it works fine now.
