Hello,

Who, today April 27 2017 from 11:30am CET (I suppose it was 5:30am EST) did experience this message in the uStore CheckoutFinal.aspx stage:

Error in address xxx:Failed getting shipping prices from FedEx. Please check your shipping address

accompanied by this kind of message in the C:\XMPLog\uStore\CustomerApp\uStore.log file:

Does it fail everytime, or is it intermittant?

You've probabally already double checked that your delivery method on uStore production is Set to "Live" and you're using the Production WebServices Key and Password from FedEx...

Check with Accounting that your company is not Past Due with FedEx for the Account that is setup - Got burned by that once...

What happens when you use the "Test Connection" link on the Delivery Account Setup page for FedEx?

It is persistent (from 11:30am CET this morning, up to now, "still counting...")
The Fedex Delivery Provider is indeed set as "User Server: Live". The "Test Connection" link replies "OK".
Using the same credentials on the Fedex Web Site is said to properly calculate pricing, so I assume the account is valid.
I could not immediately make a test in "Test" mode (the credentials for the "Live" mode are said to be the wrong ones, as soon as you switch in "Test" mode; I'll ask the customer tomorrow morning).

Thanks for helping! Anyway, my post was more a Poll; as nobody else seems to experience the same problem for more than 9 hours now, I assume it may be a local issue.

I know this post is old, but I am having this issue now. I'm going to see if there is a particular time of day it occurs. Doubtful it has anything to do with billing as we have another ecommerce on a different platform that does not experience this problem. Did anyone ever figure it out?
