Is anyone aware of why we receive the attached screenshot error when uploading an updated document? We delete all job tickets and completely closed out of InDesign so we're not sure what other process is using this document.
Error message: Server was unable to process request. ---> The process cannot access the file '\\nas\Xmpie\XMPieTempStorage\WSTempStorage\{de23d690-c747-4b5c-a6ac-6285ab801de0}\Program_Brochure (1).dpkg' because it is being used by another process.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

The most common reason for files "being used by another process" is when you have antivirus software scanning files when the file is trying to be accessed by XMPie. Support has some documentation on the folders which should be excluded from AV scans. Also, if this is not the problem, support can assist to identify the problem.
