InDesign dynamic spread visibility crashes indesign

Has anyone ever seen this before and know a way to fix or a workaround?

Dynamic Spread Visibility, every time I hover over it, it crashes InDesign, making that function unusable.

Just tested on this end with no hang-ups (10.0.2). I did notice, however that I got different results/behaviors when I accessed from layers pallet as opposed to pages pallet. (May be worth a shot?)

Curious... What version are you running?

I've had the same problem when trying to apply visibility to a layer through the pallet menu. However, if I double click the visibility ADOR and assign visibility to the active layer, it works.

InDesign 2022 version 17.4

XMPie uCreate Print version 11.2.2 build 13667

I have seen this in previous versions, but not in the current version. My work around was like Troy mentioned:

Double click the Visibility ADOR to assign it to selected layer.

Option-Double click (if on a MAC) the Visibility ADOR to assign it to the selected page.

I've had this issue in the past as well. I deleted my preferences in InDesign, and it resolved the issue.
