Workaround for uStore - Recipient List Template Download

Hi,

I am also wondering if anyone has encountered a work-around to be able to use the  "Download Recipient List Template" in .xlsx. In a user experience standpoint, it would be ideal to avoid having a newer version of the template and to avoid having this popup appearing:

I have not see the error before, but by default, the xls is created automatically by uStore by interpreting the plan schema. 

You can edit the product and add your own xls file (for example to add comments or sample data to help the end user.) - see upload template link here: https://help.xmpie.com/uStore/v.14.1/Help/en/index.htm#t=ProductSetup%2FAllowing_Customers_to_Upload_Recipient_Lists.htm

Adding your own file may fix the error message from appearing. 

Also, you should log the issue with XMPie support so the problem is identified and fixed.

Thank you. I think the best alternative is to create our own template.

The issue has also been sent to XMPie support.
