Remove billing address from UStore

We don't want the billing address to be visible in uStore as all the billing is centralised and we don't want to confuse users in the field. We can't find any way to turn it off. Does anyone know if it can be turned off?

Hey Charles,

Go to Store Setup > Permissions. You should see a list of user groups with permissions to that store, with two options: 'Show Pricing' and 'Show Billing Address'. Uncheck 'Show Billing Address' - you'll need to enter the default billing address for each group you apply this to, but that will prevent it from being displayed. I believe when you do this the user can't pay via credit card clearing methods, just FYI.

Thank you for this. I have followed your advice but unfortunately the billing address column cannot be unticked. Please see attached screenshot.

Maybe I missed a point but on my 8.3, the second column in this table says "Show Billing Address" (not "Show Shipping Address", on the opposite of what your screenshot shows).
Regardless the text of this checkbox, what does happen, should you click on it?
I expect a popup to raise, with the ability offered to input the... Billing Address assigned to this group.
Thus preventing the members of the group to see/edit their Billing Address.
