We have a client with a B2B store in uStore.

We would like uStore to send the user a confirmation email when that user has been created in uStore.

We would like that email to contain both the user's login (email address) and their password that was assigned when the user was created.

Is this possible?

Hi. Yes to send confirmation email on user creation. If you create the user's account, then login and password can be sent.

In today's heightened security environment, sending passwords as clear text in emails is a no-no...
Personally, I would send an email to the user's email address saying "your account has been setup, please use the password reset form to 'set' or 'create' your uStore password."
This way, the user must enter their email address into a secure web page form (hopefully you are using ssl/https).
uStore will send them an email with a unique/expiring link to a web page (again ssl/https) for them to enter the password they want to use and that conforms with the password complexity requirements setup on the storefront.
