I'm attempting to use this for the first time and I may have a silly question here, but the answer escapes me. I am confused by what unit to use for price entry. When entering pricing directly in the product in uStore, it is per piece, but if using one of the default Excel sheets, obviously all products are not the same size, so it can't be based on a page since different pages will be different prices. Is it per square mm, or something else?

I don't have Campus available to me at the moment :( so I can't watch any videos.

There are two different excel files - one for upload products, and the other for any other product type.

Obviously, for upload product, you have no idea the size of the page uploaded by the customer, so the excel is provided with x and y dimensions of each page in the uploaded document in mm (clearly noted in the column header on row 43 of the info tab.)

For any other document type, you are in control of it by uploading a static document, or defining the dynamic document - so you know the size and don't need it in the excel.

I get the difference in the excel files. My question is about entering the pricing. Do I enter the prices based on square mm? How is the price per page calculated when the page size isn't known? That's what I'm wondering.

Thank you.

Ah, I see now.
You could use square mm if you want - but what if someone uploaded a very tall skinny page (or short wide)? - You would have to end up using a larger sheet to print on which would be more expensive.
IMHO it would be best to workout if the H & W are beyond standard sheet sizes and calculate the price for that sheet.
