Temp password feature in uStore?

Hi all, is there a proven way to create a user account for a store with a temp password that forces the user to update the password when they login?

This comes up from time to time. I believe if you manually create the user account in the back end and if the store has password expire set to some value like 180 days, then you can sort of get this to happen?

Just curious if this comes up for other folks. For example you can email username and temp password in Microsoft 365 backend and upon first login, there is a forced password update, that sort of workflow.

Best way we found was not send the password - just get the user to use the forgot password link.
