All ADORs that you tag to be tracked are always tracked.
When you are in the Marketing Console, you select which ADORs you want
to appear in a report. You can make as many reports as you want for a
single campaign. Additionally, there are a number of different types
of reports, so that you can select the one most appropriate to your
needs (for example, straight data, cumulative data, tables, charts,
etc.)
However, if the 30-record limit is an artificial one, I will enter a
request to remove it, and let the customer and client determine
whether they want one Excel file with 85 columns. In this case the
marketing console isn't being used as a way for the client to review
data on the screen, but rather a convenient way for them to generate
and download the full set of data as needed - without having to make a
request of the database person, and without giving too many people
access ot the SQL database itself just to export the form response
data.
The saying is "the client is always right" not "the client is always
sane" ;-)
