I'm in a bit of a pickle, and hoping someone here can help dig me out of this hole. 🤣😭

Long story short, I had computer issues with corrupt application permissions, and my IT thought it would be best to uninstall programs and then reinstall them. This has subsequently caused substantial issues my creative cloud being able to save into the temporary files, that you need for uCreate Print. We are using a deprecated version of uProduce, and therefore require InDesign version 15.1.3. Adobe no longer supports that version, nor will even provide a download link for that version.

Does anyone here know of a way to get a download link for that version? I am on the latest version of iMac.

We already have an upgrade scheduled with support for uProduce on July 6th so this problem will go away then. But, I cannot wait 2 weeks to have this resolved.

Thanks in advance.

This may not be all that helpful but I feel this is where productivity trumps I.T. issues and they need to sort you out with a quicker path to your upgrade date.

I would call XMPIE help and have your IT guys standing by. This might be a late night or a bad weekend but at least you would be ready to rock on Monday.

or at least schedule the upgrade scheduled for Monday. I don't see that v.15.1.3 is available anymore.

I would upgrade but I was able to get older versions through the administer of the adobe account. It won’t be through the cloud. You’ll have to load it locally, but it works.

Thank you, @Couch. I was able to download, for PC, but unfortunately got stuck when it was asking me for a Serial Number; being signed into my Creative Cloud account wasn't enough.

I've reached back out in my support ticket to see if I could get my upgrade sooner, but have yet to hear back. Fingers crossed we can get it done this week.

If you are working on the desktop only, you could upgrade early.
You only need to delay upgrading the desktop if you will need to save documents to the server before the server is upgraded.
