I need to be able to construct an XML signature in PHP using hmac-sha1. Does xmlseclibs support hmac-sha1 XML signatures?

Signing via hmac-sha1 is currently only available in xmldsig 2.0 which I
haven't gone through yet. That said, it shouldn't be too difficult to
add the functionality, though it would also require adding support for
some of the XML Signature 2.0 Compatibility Mode. I need to look into
the 2.0 spec a little more
