Hey there,

does anyone here know a good way to avoid these f***ing spam mails
spread across the group?

No idea,

I try to ban users and report spam as much as possible :(

Aaah, this is really annoying.

Isn't there a way to make this group moderated for new members? I mean
moderated sign up and moderated message posting. That might help.

Ok, so I changed it so new joins have to be approved, and all messages from new members need to be moderated.

That would be great. I assume you are aware of me being a real person
who's not going to post any spam. So I'd really appreciate to become
