XML printer does not recognize text

Hello! I use XML printer to recognize text in PDF tables. A month ago the hard disk on the computer was replaced and the CML printer was reinstalled. But XML printer does not work correctly. In the settings menu, opposite one of the outputs, the “text” option is selected, but when viewing the finished file through Notepad, there are no sections with recognized text. Please, please reach out and help.
