Files prints into 100's of other smaller files

So I'm new to the XML Printer, but I can't seem to fix my problem with the help already provided. After changing the output location, it seems to create over 100 files with pieces of the original text. In my case, I'm trying to print a musical score from a pdf. Any suggestions?
