Fatal error: MDB2 And pdoSqlite!

i have this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function errorInfo() on a non-object in /
home/armor/public_html/armor/includes/pear/MDB2/Driver/pdoSqlite.php
on line 130

i'm pretty sure that i have install sqlite3, i alredy have enable in
php.ini.. but dont work..

and configure with mysql instead sqllite, show this:

this error can also mean that you want to open a file that is not
there and don't have write permissions (inexistent files are created
automatically). The mysql-error comes from a faulty config or an empty
database. please remember to first execute the sql from
http://code.google.com/p/xmlarsenal/wiki/SQLStructure on the chosen
database.
