wysi more wyg: Tweaks to xml2rfc-xxe css

Hussein from XMLMind has kindly contributed these two css files to make xml2rfc more wysiwyg within XXE:

These small changes do tidy it up considerably, mainly by keeping the attributes of xrefs, headings, etc within one line by turning off wrap with s/attributes/attributes(wrap-rows, no)/. He's also toned down colours of non-wysiwig widgets.
As before, once someone has pulled this from the above link into the 'official' distr, let me know and I'll delete the tmp files.
